法律分析:
免责协议符合下列条件的有法律效力：
1、协议的双方对协议的内容有处分的权利。
2、是双方当事人意思自治的结果。采用欺诈、胁迫、乘人之危的手段达成的协议是无效或者可撤销的。
3、协议的内容不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不侵害社会公益和第三人的利益。对一方显失公平的协议也是可撤销的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百零六条 合同中的下列免责条款无效:
（一）造成对方人身损害的（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。
