使用童工会怎么处罚
释义
使用童工会有下列处罚： 1、劳动保障行政部门会责令单位改正，并按照每使用一名童工每月处5000元罚款的标准给予用人单位处罚； 2、如果用人单位在使用有毒物品的作业场所使用童工的，还可以按上述标准从重处罚；情节严重的，则会吊销单位的营业执照。
