释义	法律分析：劳务外包工资应当按照实际小时用工时间或实际用工量计算。劳务外包工资如果双方事有约定好的，按照约定的数额办理；如果没有约定的得按照当地工资标准总额除以天数然后除以8小时来计算小时工资，然后按照总用工时间计算工资数额，劳务外包工资不得低于用人单位所在地人民政府规定的最低小时工资标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七十二条非全日制用工小时计酬标准不得低于用人单位所在地人民政府规定的最低小时工资标准。非全日制用工劳动报酬结算支付周期最长不得超过十五日
