1、参保对象不同

2、缴费标准不用

3、领取年限不同
农保最低缴费年限15年，享受退休养老待遇最低年龄为男满60周岁，女满50周岁。而社保居民基本养老金由基础养老金、个人账户养老金和缴费年限养老金（2014年7月起新增项目）三部分组成。办理居保到龄转养老人员：男满60周岁，女满55周岁。办理直接申领基础性养老金人员：男满60周岁，女满55周岁。
