释义	拆迁协议母亲可以代签，但是要有子女的授权委托书。子女作为产权人，授权母亲代签的、或产权人虽不知情但事后仍对该合同进行追认的，代签合同应当认定为有效。母亲未经产权人的授权用其名义代签合同，合同对产权人不发生法律效力，所产生的一切后果由使用其名义的母亲承担。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条、第一百七十一条
