释义	婚后赌债不算夫妻共同债务，赌博所借的债务,由于该债务未用于夫妻共同生活和家庭生活,属于一方个人不合理的开支,不属于夫妻共同债务的范围,因而应由举债人个人自行承担,配偶另一方不承担偿还责任。【法律依据】《婚姻法司法解释二》第二十四条，债权人就婚姻关系存续期间夫妻一方以个人名义所负债务主张权利的，应当按夫妻共同债务处理。但夫妻一方能够证明债权人与债务人明确约定为个人债务，或者能够证明属于婚姻法第十九条第三款规定情形的除外。
