《国家税务总局关于修改〈税务登记管理办法〉的决定》 第二十六条 纳税人应当于恢复生产经营之前，向税务机关申报办理复业登记，如实填写《停业复业报告书》，领回并启用税务登记证件、发票领购簿及其停业前领购的发票。
