进城落户农民承包土地怎么办

法律分析：落户城市，并退出了承包地的，或者说已经获得了退出承包地的相关经济赔偿的，将没有资格进行土地确权的依法登记颁证，相当于没有了土地承包经营权。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》 第二十六条 承包期内，承包方全家迁入小城镇落户的，应当按照承包方的意愿，保留其土地承包经营权或者允许其土地承包经营权流转，并按照原有农村土地承包关系，进行依法确权颁证。
