释义	法律分析：不需要。在达到法定退休年龄前（未领取养老待遇或未退休）发生的户口迁移，参保人只需要将起之前的社会保险关系及其资金按照规定办理转移手续，待新户籍地接收并处理完转移手续后，即可在新户籍地继续按照当地的规定参保即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国医疗保险条例》第二十五条迁离本省或者在本省内流动的，个人帐户的资金余额可以转移使用;无法转移的，应当退还本人。划入统筹基金的基本医疗保险费，归原统筹单位全体参保人员所有，不予转移，也不退还。
