释义	履约保函到期后会自动失效，如果是交了保证金出具的银行保函，交还给银行，银行将把客户之前支付的保证金退还给客户。履约担保是指银行金融机构应劳动方和承包方的要求，向受益人作出的一种履约担保承诺。如果发包人和承包人不能按时、按质、按量完成工程，银行将按合同金额的百分之五到百分之十向发包人支付一笔款项。
