释义	法律分析：调解协议是双方当事人自愿处分其实体权利和诉讼权利的一种文书形式，是当事人之间的法律文书，是调解书的基础。它本身无法律效力，一方或双方反悔，人民法院无从约束。调解书是指人民法院制作的，记载当事人之间调解协议内容的法律文书。它既是当事人平等协商结果的记录，又是人民法院对当事人的协议予以确认后，依法赋予强制执行力的法律文书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十九条调解达成协议，人民法院应当制作成调解书。调解书经双方当事人签收后，即具有法律效力。
