释义	法律分析：不可以做担保人。依据民法典（2021.1.1生效）的规定，保证人的条件是具有债务偿还能力的法人、其他组织或者公民，而黑户作为保证人的，银行可能会不接受。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十三条不得担任保证人的主体范围机关法人不得为保证人，但是经国务院批准为使用外国政府或者国际经济组织贷款进行转贷的除外。以公益为目的的非营利法人、非法人组织不得为保证人。
