释义	法律分析：有下列情形订立的合同无效： 1、一方以欺诈、胁迫的方式订立合同，损害国家利益的； 2、恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三方利益的； 3、掩盖非法目的的； 4、损害社会公共利益的； 5、违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定。根据法律规定，一方以欺诈、胁迫手段违反另一方真实意图的，订立的合同可以变更、撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
