释义	法律分析：绿灯还有五秒不算闯红灯。变红灯后车辆过停止线然后开过对向停止线才算闯红灯，就算变红灯后过了停止线停住了也不算闯红灯。机动车在信号控制的交叉路口和路段上违反红灯相位禁止通行规定，越过停止线并继续行驶的行为才叫闯红灯。绿灯刚闪时，距离近且速度快时，应该通过，因为此时可能刹不住而越过停止线。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
