释义	法律分析：有利好的方面。公司破产清算可以使公司免于背负过重的债务，在破产案件受理后，破产宣告以前，债务人还可以通过和解或者其他方式而避免破产清算。而一旦破产宣告，则破产案件不可逆转地进入清算程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
