释义	违反兵役法规，逃离部队，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。战时犯前款罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百七十三条煽动军人逃离部队或者明知是逃离部队的军人而雇佣，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制《中华人民共和国兵役法》第六十二条第二款明知是逃离部队的军人而雇用的，由县级人民政府责令改正，并处以罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
