释义	律师解答：房屋租赁合同能约定仲裁，我国法律上明确规定了涉及到房屋租赁过程中，一方违反了合同规定的，是可以提出仲裁，并要求对方承担有关违约责任的，也可以起诉到法院进行合法的判决处理。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第二条平等主体的公民、法人和其他组织之间发生的合同纠纷和其他财产权益纠纷，可以仲裁。第四条 当事人采用仲裁方式解决纠纷，应当双方自愿，达成仲裁协议。没有仲裁协议，一方申请仲裁的，仲裁委员会不予受理。
