离婚后户口在一起影响二婚嘛？ |

离婚后户口还在一起以后能再婚。两人离婚后选择再婚的，可以直接把户口迁往再婚一方的户口所在地，按照当地户籍办政策的要求进行办理。正常情况下，需要有独立的房产，且符合当地户籍政策的要求才可以办理。如果离婚时是诉讼离婚或者调解离婚的，还需要法院的判决书或者调解书才能办理。具体办理条件建议咨询迁往地户籍办。夫妻离婚后可以另立门户，法律对于分户的标准和规定每个地方都是不同，正常情况下，需要身份证户口本和离婚证等相关证件办理。户口簿、册、表格、证件，由公安部统一制定式样，由省、自治区、直辖市公安机关统筹印制。离婚后再婚需要户口本的。二婚的人办理结婚登记与初次办理结婚登记的人准备的材料是一样的。包括身份证、户口本、无血缘关系的声明以及三张两寸近期免冠半身合照，符合法律规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证，完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
没有迁移证件的公民，凭下列证件到迁入地的户口登记机关申报迁入登记：
（一）复员、转业和退伍的军人，凭县、市兵役机关或者团以上军事机关发给的证件
（二）从国外回来的华侨和留学生，凭中华人民共和国护照或者入境证件。

第十条  公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。公民由农村迁往城市，必须持有城市劳动部门的录用证明，学校的录取证明，或者城市户口登记机关的准予迁入的证明，向常住地户口登记机关申请办理迁出手续。
