释义	法律分析：审查合同的终极目的，是为了判断合同是否能够保证自己达到交易目的，以及合同条款是否能够有效保护自己的权益。法律依据：《合同审查管理办法》第一条为加强公司经济合同管理，保障公司合法权益，预防合同纠纷，促进本公司依法经营管理，根据合同法、民法通则等国家有关法律、法规、制定本制度。第二条本办法所称的合同是指本集团及下属各个公司作为独立的民事主体在参与社会经济和民事活动中与其他平等主体的自然人、法人和其他组织之间明确双方的权利、义务关系所设立的书面协议。
