释义	民事诉讼自认规则的适用范围：自认的当事人不能再对自认范围内的事实做出相反的主张，而法院须以自认的事实作为认定案件事实的依据等等。【法律依据】《民事诉讼法适用意见》第75条规定“一方当事人结另一方当事人陈述的案件事实和提出的诉讼请求明示承认的，对方当事人无须举主证”。《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第八条规定：“诉讼过程中，一方当事人对另一方当事人陈述的案件事实明确表示承认的，另一方当事人无需举证。但涉及身份关系的案件除外”。
