释义	行政处罚的逾期日是从15日后，开始计算的。行政机关作出行政处罚决定的，应当向当事人出具行政处罚决定书，然后当事人应当自收到行政处罚决定书之日起十五日内，到指定的银行缴纳罚款，银行应当收受罚款，并将罚款直接上缴国库。因此行政处罚缴纳罚款的期限是15日，超过15日了，就属于逾期，可以加收罚款。法律依据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第四十六条
