释义	法律分析：案件当事人可以申请人民法院对调解书申请再审，当事人对调解书不服，认为调解书系受胁迫(威胁)签订，违反自愿原则，或调解协议内容违法，可以申请再审。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百零一条当事人对已经发生法律效力的调解书，提出证据证明调解违反自愿原则或者调解协议的内容违反法律的，可以申请再审。经人民法院审查属实的，应当再审。第二百零二条当事人对已经发生法律效力的解除婚姻关系的判决、调解书，不得申请再审。
