释义	集体合同的生效时间是在劳动行政部门收到集体合同文本后15日内没有异议，那么从第16日开始就生效。对于有异议的，自再次提交并通过审查15日内没有异议后生效。可见，凡符合法律规定的集体合同，一经签订就具有法律效力。法律依据《劳动法》第三十四条，集体合同签订后应当报送劳动行政部门；劳动行政部门自收到集体合同文本之日起十五日内未提出异议的，集体合同即行生效。
