释义	（1）立遗嘱人应当具备完全行为能力，且意思表示真实。根据《继承法》第22条的规定，无行为能力人或者限制行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受胁迫、欺骗所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。（2）遗嘱所处分的财产必须是立遗嘱人的个人合法财产。（3）遗嘱的内容不得违反法律、法规的规定。
