释义	法律分析: 对超过办案期限仍未办结案件会继续调查取证并作出相关处理决定。人民检察院办理直接受理侦查的案件或者审查逮捕、审查起诉案件，在犯罪嫌疑人侦查羁押期限、办案期限即将届满前，负责案件管理的部门应当依照有关规定向本院办案部门进行期限届满提示。发现办案部门办理案件超过规定期限的，应当依照有关规定提出纠正意见。《人民检察院刑事诉讼规则》第六百一十二条人民检察院依法对羁押期限和办案期限是否合法实行法律监督。
