释义	法律分析：质物没有交付质押合同不生效。不动产抵押合同，自登记之日起生效，动产质押合同自质物移交质权人占有时生效。所以，即使是在质物尚未转移登记前或者交付前签订好的质押合同也尚未生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百二十五条为担保债务的履行，债务人或者第三人将其动产出质给债权人占有的，债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现质权的情形，债权人有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债务人或者第三人为出质人，债权人为质权人，交付的动产为质押财产。
