释义	法律分析: 发明专利的保护期限为20年，自申请日起计算。有下列情形之一的，专利权在期限届满前终止：(一)没有按照规定缴纳年费的;(二)专利权人以书面声明放弃其专利权的。专利权在期限届满前终止的，由国务院专利行政部门登记和公告。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十四条对专利申请无异议或者经审查异议不成立的，专利局应当作出授予专利权的决定，发给专利证书，并将有关事项予以登记和公告。
