释义	如果第二顺序继承人在遗产继承前死亡的，是可以转继承的。转继承，是指继承人在被继承人死亡之后，遗产分割之前，因为某种缘故尚未实际取得遗产而死亡或被宣告死亡，其应继份额转由他的法定继承人继承。转继承的条件： 1、继承人于被继承人死亡后遗产分割前死亡。 2、继承人未丧失继承权，也未放弃继承权。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十二条，继承开始后，继承人于遗产分割前死亡，并没有放弃继承的，该继承人应当继承的遗产转给其继承人，但是遗嘱另有安排的除外。
