法律分析：通知了家属，单位一般不会通知的。按照《治安管理处罚法》，从传唤起就应通知当事人家属或单位，在签名捺印时应该可以看到被通知人家属下面有单位选项，二者是或者关系，通知一个就可以了。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》 第九十七条 公安机关应当向被处罚人宣告治安管理处罚决定书，并当场交付被处罚人;无法当场向被处罚人宣告的，应当在2日内送达被处罚人。决定给予行政拘留处罚的，应当及时通知被处罚人的家属。
有被侵害人的，公安机关应当将决定书副本抄送被侵害人。
