释义	法律分析：不合理,工资应当依法支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十六条用人单位提出解除劳动合同并与劳动者协商一致的，应向劳动者支付经济补偿。也就是说，不是双方协商一致解除劳动合同，用人单位就要支付经济补偿。只有由用人单位提出解除劳动合同，双方协商一致解除劳动合同，用人单位才应向劳动者支付经济补偿若是劳动者提出要求，双方协商一致解除合同，用人单位可以不支付经济补偿。
