释义	律师解答：企业被人民法院宣告破产后，破产企业应当自人民法院宣告破产裁定之日其停止出货等生产经营活动。但经清算组允许，破产企业可以在破产程序终结之前，以清算组的名义从事与清算工作相关的生产经营活动。清算组应当将从事此种经营活动的情况报告人民法院。【法律依据】：《最高人民法院关于审理企业破产案件若干问题的规定》第三十三条债务人自破产宣告之日起停止生产经营活动。为债权人利益确有必要继续生产经营的，须经人民法院许可。
