法律分析：1、国家奖学金是为激励普通本科高校、高等职业学校和高等专科学校学生勤奋学习、全面发展而设立的，奖励标准是每人每年8000元。国家励志奖学金是奖励资助高校全日制本专科(含高职、第二学士学位)学生中品行建有的家庭经济困难学校，奖励标准为每人每年5000元。国家奖学金和国家励志奖学金不能够同时获得。
2、优秀学生奖学金是用语鼓励德智体美全面发展，品学兼优的本、专科学生而设立的奖学金。具体的评定方法和标准需要询问自己所在学校。专业大学奖学金是为了鼓励报考师范、农林、民族、体育和航海等专业的学生而设立的专项奖学金。分为三个等级。专业奖学金的具体等级标准、评定比例及实施办法，由各学校自定。另外，还可设立单项奖。

第六条 国家助学金的基本申请条件：1.热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导；2.遵守宪法和法律，遵守学校规章制度；3.诚实守信，道德品质优良；4.勤奋学习，积极上进；5.家庭经济困难，生活俭朴。
第十条 国家助学金的评定工作坚持公开、公平、公正的原则。
第十一条 国家助学金申请与评审工作由高校组织实施。高校要根据本办法的规定，制定具体评审办法，并报中央主管部门或省级教育部门备案。高校在开展国家助学金评审工作中，要对农林水地矿油核等国家需要的特殊学科专业学生予以适当倾斜。
