如何证明自己是挂名法人代表
释义
需要协议证明。在民事责任中，和某种情况下法定代表人需要为公司人员违规行为所造成损失承担一定的赔偿责任。在行政责任中，和某些情况下法定代表人需要为公司违法违规行为承担行政责任，除非法定代表人能证明，本人对公司违规行为并不知情，并且主观上没有过错和失职。在刑事责任中，公司有犯罪行为，法定代表人并不一定需要承担刑事责任。
