释义	法律分析：债务人死后，债务并不会作为债务人的财产继承。但是继承了债务人财产的继承人，需在继承的范围内承担债务人生前所负的债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十二条遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
