释义	合同中规定，“本合同自某年某月某日生效”，该期限即为始期，至该期限到来后，当事人才能实际享受权利和承担义务。生效期限，又称为延缓期限或始期，它是指合同的效力自期限到来时才发生。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十七条物业服务期限届满前，业主依法共同决定续聘的，应当与原物业服务人在合同期限届满前续订物业服务合同。物业服务期限届满前，物业服务人不同意续聘的，应当在合同期限届满前九十日书面通知业主或者业主委员会，但是合同对通知期限另有约定的除外。
