释义	1、夫妻共同债务就是指夫妻为了维持正常的家庭生活或为履行抚养、赡养义务等所负债务。夫妻共同债务须具备以下三个条件：（1）夫妻共同债务一般是在婚姻关系存续期间发生的债务。（2）夫妻共同债务必须是为维持家庭共同生活或共同生产、经营活动所负的债务。（3）夫妻共同债务是连带之债。 2、符合上述条件的，无论是夫妻一方或双方负债，均是夫妻共同债务。反之，没有用于夫妻共同生活或共同生产、经营活动的，都不属于夫妻共同债务。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十四条
