释义	法律分析: 诋毁商业信誉，涉嫌损害商业信誉罪，本罪既遂判刑如下:给他人造成重大损失或者有其他严重情节的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金或者不判处主刑单处罚金。拘役最长为六个月。本罪主观上只能是故意，因为过失损害他人商业信誉的不构成本罪。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国刑法》》第四十二条【拘役的期限】拘役的期限，为一个月以上六个月以下。
