问题	孩子有没有责任偿还父母的债务
释义	孩子没有责任承担父母的债务，父母的债务由父母自己承担，我国没有父债子偿这种规定。不过如果父母去世了，孩子继承了父母的遗产的，此时孩子需要对父母的债务承担责任，但也仅以继承的遗产价值为限承担责任。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
