释义	法律分析：厂里上班自离有工资的，工厂不能拖欠和克扣工资，否则为违法行为。劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。用人单位不得克扣劳动者工资。有下列情况之一的，用人单位可以代扣劳动者工资：（一）用人单位代扣代缴的个人所得税；（二）用人单位代扣代缴的应由劳动者个人负担的各项社会保险费用。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
