释义	父母没有权利干涉子女的婚姻，父母干涉子女婚姻自由的行为是违法的。我国法律规定婚姻自由，任何人无权干涉他人婚姻自由。如果是使用暴力干涉子女婚姻自由的父母还将构成暴力干涉婚姻自由罪，要追究刑事责任，一般会处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；如果致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零四十一条，婚姻家庭受国家保护。实行婚姻自由、一夫一妻、男女平等的婚姻制度。保护妇女、未成年人、老年人、残疾人的合法权益。
