释义	有的，试用期内工人包括学徒都必须给工资。具体发放多少，如事前双方有协商，可按协商结果发放，若未协商，则按各城市相应制定的标准发。即使事前讲明试用期不给工资，也属违法，除非雇佣方发放工资时被雇方主动放弃才不违法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十二条有下列情形之一的，劳动者可以随时通知用人单位解除劳动合同：（一）在试用期内的；（二）用人单位以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的：（三）用人单位未按照劳动合同约定支付劳动报酬或者提供劳动条件的。
