释义	1、如果还未取票的话，你可以在发车前两小时内可以登录你购买车票的网站查询“我的订单”，在未出行一栏寻找到需要退票的车次和乘客，然后点击申请退票即可。退票成功后，票款会在15个工作日之内退还到你购买车票的原账户。2、如果已经取出票了，则需要在您附近的车站进行退票办理，且不能超过发车两小时的时间。其中退票手续费为：票面乘车站开车时间前48小时以上的按票价5%计，24小时以上、不足48小时的按票价10%计，不足24小时的按票价20%计。
