租期暂定3年就一定要租3年吗？

法律分析：
租的商铺签订三年的合同，那么双方应当按合同约定执行，租赁三年。当然如果双方能够就合同的解除能够重新达成一致的，随时可以结束租赁。若无法达成一致的，则不能随意终止租赁，否则应当承担违约责任。

第一百一十九条 依法成立的合同，对当事人具有法律约束力。
第一百二十条 民事权益受到侵害的，被侵权人有权请求侵权人承担侵权责任。
