释义	法律分析：笑气是违法。一氧化二氮（Nitrous Oxide），又称笑气，无色有甜味气体，是一种氧化剂，化学式N?O，在一定条件下能支持燃烧（同氧气，因为笑气在高温下能分解成氮气和氧气），但在室温下稳定，有轻微麻醉作用，并能致人发笑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十条违反国家规定，制造、买卖、储存、运输、邮寄、携带、使用、提供、处置爆炸性、毒害性、放射性、腐蚀性物质或者传染病病原体等危险物质的，处10日以上15日以下拘留；情节较轻的，处5日以上10日以下拘留。
