释义	法律分析：股权查封情况是可以转让的。但是，如果是受让人不知道该股权已被查封，则该合同是可撤销的。即便该转让合同是有效的，但由于被查封，该股权是无法交付给受让人的，即该转让合同可能存在不能履行的风险。如果不能履行，则构成违约，受让人可以解除该合同并要求自己赔偿损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十二条对于工商登记手续作出了这样的规定：公司应当将股东的姓名或者名称及其出资额向公司登记机关登记记事项发生变更的，应当办理变更登记。
