法律依据：《铁路旅客车票实名制管理办法》 第五条 实行实名购买车票的，购票人应当提供乘车人的有效身份证件原件或者复印件。通过互联网、电话等方式实名购票的，购票人应当提供真实准确的乘车人有效身份证件信息；取票时，应当提供乘车人的有效身份证件原件或者复印件。不能提供有效身份证件原件或者复印件的，铁路运输企业有权拒绝销售车票。
