释义	法律分析：借和借到是有区别的。会产生债权债务关系双方法律地位的截然不同的后果。今借到就是已经将借款拿到手，今借就是准备借，不一定将借款拿到手了。当借条持有人凭借条向法院起诉后，由于通过借条本身较易于识辨和认定当事人之间存在的借款事实，借条持有人一般只需向法官简单地陈述借款的事实经过即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
