释义	《担保法》第43条中的对抗第三人是指当两个债权债务关系标的物相同，双方发生争议，都主张享有对该标的物的权利时，有登记的一方就可受法律的保护，优先享有权利。如：张三与李四签定贷款合同，并约定，李四将自己的一台电视机抵押给张三。后来，李四又将电视机抵押给王五，已签定合同，并且在当地公证部门进行公证。那么，当王五，张三都向李四主张取得电视机时，王五可凭借公证对抗第三人张三，优先以电视机受偿。这就是所谓的“对抗第三人”，是抗辩权的一种。法律依据中华人民共和国担保法第四十三条
