释义	法律分析：只要经过抵押权人同意，已抵押的房屋能进行买卖。购买抵押房的风险就是房屋出卖人可能会隐瞒房屋已经抵押的事实，导致房屋买卖合同无效、被撤销或解除。法律依据：《城市房地产抵押管理办法》第九条同一房地产设定两个以上抵押权的，抵押人应当将已经设定过的抵押情况告知抵押权人。抵押人所担保的债权不得超出其抵押物的价值。房地产抵押后，该抵押房地产的价值大于所担保债权的余额部分，可以再次抵押，但不得超出余额部分。
