释义	法律分析：一般情况下，反倾销是一个金融术语，通常是指，对外国商品在本国市场上的倾销，所采取的一种抵制措施。一般是对倾销的外国商品除征收一般进口税外，再增收附加税，使其不能廉价出售，这种附加税会被称作是反倾销税。虽然税及贸易总协定已经对反倾销问题做了明确规定，但是各国各行其是，仍然把反倾销作为贸易战的主要手段之一。法律依据：《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》第十三条国内产业或者代表国内产业的自然人、法人或者有关组织（以下统称申请人），可以依照本条例的规定向外经贸部提出反倾销调查的书面申请。
